Back to back second shooting this weekend for Melanie was amazing.

As I shoot more and more weddings now it is great to see how there is no “right” way to do things and each couple has their own way of celebrating their love in a way that is true to them.

In Alex & Rob’s case, this meant an intimate backyard wedding and the beautiful Rogue venue in Inglewood, Calgary. Everything from getting ready, to the ceremony, to a lovely reception and dinner, and of course a wicked dance party, happened at the back of this gorgeous farm-to-table establishment.

Great food, great vibes and some emotional and heart-felt speeches were the highlight of this couple’s special day.
