An ice cream stroll by the river and the most absolutely perfect summer weather. The perfect conditions for a date night engagement session with D&D.

As someone who moved to Calgary seven years ago, I haven’t ventured too much out to small town AB, and after hitting up Bragg Creek for this session, I just wish I had come sooner. On the other hand, D&D grew up and met here, and it was such a pleasure to finally see the beautiful small town where their love evolved.

We met at Ida Mays Ice Cream Shop for the creamiest most delicious scoop and continued our stroll across the Elbow River where the two frolicked and splashed the hot summer evening away. Here are some of my fav shots for their date.
